Wattleseed coffee

- Coffee ground for two or more shots of espresso
- 2 teaspoons of wattleseed ground in a mortar and pestle – save what you do not use in a glass jar for next time
Instructions
Pack your coffee basket with ground coffee
Add a sprinkle of ground wattleseed on top
Tamp and make your espresso as usual
Sprinkle a little ground wattleseed on top of your coffee
Repeat and enjoy with chocolate such as my madeleines with mandarin, raw cacao & wattleseed and fresh mandarins
